ICG is searching for additional co-founders to become the main developers for our new social gaming application. This is the opportunity to jump on board with a great team and start development work immediately. The ideal candidate will be able to devote 25 or more hours to the project per week. A significant percent ownership in the company will be awarded.

The mission is to unite a great team that is aligned with the common vision of the company, which is to build amazing products that help people better their lives and help build communities. We believe we have the social gaming concept to do this. Our goal is to have a working prototype by this year so we can raise seed funding to take the product to the next level. We may do this on our own or through a bay area incubator. We cannot offer compensation at this time. We can offer a great opportunity to be a part of something that could potentially be big as well as an overall awesome experience.

Developers must be comfortable in gathering requirements and creating functional and intuitive applications. Being able to create elegant web user interfaces is also highly desirable. To be successful in this role you must feel comfortable working remotely with your team in a very dynamic environment. You will be part of a small, flexible, collaborative team of talented engineers and creative designers. Requirements
• Web application development experience
• Strong relational database design
• Expert with HTML coding, JavaScript, PHP, XML, CSS and MySQL
• Must know .net and C# or be able to pick up quickly
• Experience designing and implementing browser-based user interfaces
• MySQL and/or Oracle Relational Database experience is a plus
● Responsible for system design, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, training, implementation, support and post-delivery enhancements in a fast paced team environment. Requires strong software development knowledge and subject matter expertise with topics such as Web-driven application design and enterprise integration, relational database design, application architecture and software development methodologies and processes.
● Ability and experience working in an Agile/SCRUM based development environment as well as waterfall environment
● High level of self motivation, productivity and attention to detail; be well-organized; have excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking ability
● Experience with iPhone SDK a plus
