At OkCupid Labs, we’re building products that will connect millions of people throughout the world. We need you to help us spread the word. If you’re a highly analytical marketer who brings passion, creativity, and curiosity to building traction and reaching the world, we’d love to chat with you.

What you’ll be working on:
•Owning, managing, and optimizing multiple channels including search, display, email, and affiliates. You’ll probably work a little on offline marketing as well, occasionally.
•New product launches. We launch new products regularly, and we’ll need your help planning and executing on successful launch strategies.
•Acquisition, conversion, and pricing optimization experiments. ‘nuff said.
•Performance analysis. We love data, and you should too. We want you to be a fanatic about measuring and improving response rates, LTV, conversion, retention, and overall performance.
•Creative generation. You’ll work with our designers to work on as many new creative as you can fathom.
•Relationship building. We want to develop a world-class network of affiliates and partners that we can put to use for our new products.
•Product and brand development. You’ll spend time with our product and design teams on new product development to build attractive, scalable, and profitable businesses.

What we’re looking for:
•At least 5 years in online marketing, with a few years focused on a particular channel: search, display, or affiliates.
•The ability to communicate clearly about approach, rationale, and tradeoffs.
•Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies and optimization strategies.
•Creativity and Flexibility. We’re launching new businesses, which take a variety of innovative approaches: cookie-cutters need not apply.
•Highly analytical and data-driven.
•Passionate about building and scaling new businesses.

Bonus points:
•Battle-tested startup experience.
•A math, economics, stats, engineering or design background.
•Statistical modeling and regression experience.
